For most Tanzanian SMEs and NGOs we implement Zoho One, because it covers finance, CRM, inventory, and operations at a price that makes sense in this market and works well on the connections we actually have. For organizations already standardized on Microsoft 365, we build on the Microsoft stack so the ERP lives where your team already works.
We are platform-honest. If your operation is simple enough that a full ERP would be overkill, we will tell you, and instead tighten the tools you already pay for. The goal is an operation that runs, not the largest possible invoice.
How an implementation runs
We start with a short diagnostic: where does work slow down, where does data get re-entered, and where does the operation depend on one person.
